We aim to pick and pack your gear within 24hrs receiving your order. Orders will be dispatched 24-48hrs after confirmation. Our warehouse team work around the clock to have freshly printed tees & hoodies ready for packing.

Orders made over the weekend and NZ public holidays will be picked, packed & dispatched the following Monday (or next business day)

Domestic

We use CourierPost and Post Haste Couriers for our local orders and offer a tracking service as well as having their Customer Services team to utilize in tracking your shipment.

New Zealand - EVERYWHERE $10

Free shipping for orders over $200NZD

 

International

We use DHL Express to service ALL our international orders as they provide real-time tracking and have local offices you can contact directly to find out where your shipment is and when it will be delivered.

Australia – $30 Overnight*-3 working days *metro areas only & free shipping for orders over $300.00NZD

USA & Canada – $50 2-4 workings days

UK & Europe – $55 3-5 working days

 

 

Additional charges for international orders

International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of SKY PIRATES LIMITED. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.

Do you deliver to a PO Box?

Please note WE DO NOT ACCEPT P.O BOXES as a delivery address. If you are using a P.O Box, please enter in your local post office address as you will be able to collect your package from their facility.

 

How can I track my order?

In your email you will find your tracking link from either one of our two shippipng partners. Following your individual tracking link you will have an available contact number for your local office to make any queries.

 

What if I am not home?

Contact the local customer services from one of our two shipping partners to make a change to your delivery method.

NZ – contact NZ Post, have your tracking number ready during your phone call as your reference. Perhaps log onto their website to change your delivery method: https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking

International – DHL Express have their ON Demand Delivery fetaure enabled on all tracking numbers so you can actually select your delivery method via your own tracking link, otherwise jump onto their website: https://www.dhl.com/ and track your shipment online.

My order is late?

Please understand that the estimated delivery times above are only estimates, and are not guaranteed. We recommend that customers order well in advance for situations where an order needs to arrive by a particular date. We do not accept responsibility or offer refunds for delays in delivery.
